Title	Supply and maintenance of a quasi static testing machine to support testing materials under combination of various combinations of load types in the nuclear field.
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The JRC-Petten intends to procure a new quasi-static test machine for high temperature testing in the area of (but not limited to) creep tests with a duration of up to 10 000 hours. The new test machine will be used as a reference test machine for the most important and complex tests, and shall assure improved operational safety, efficiency and the quality of results.
