Title	Environmental Legal Register and Compliance Assessment for Europe House in The Hague 2023 – 2027
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. European Commission is implementing the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) Regulation to pursue its objective to include the Representations’ activities in the EMAS registration. In order to comply with this requirement, the Representation needs to assess the environmental legal compliance of the Europe House in The Hague, set up and maintain an Environmental Legal Register, and to create a Compliance Assessment Tool. We are launching the current negotiated procedure in order to conclude a framework contract covering 4 years. After the deadline for expression of interest, invitations to tender will be sent to providers active in the geographical area where the Representation's building is located, and with experience in the field of environmental legal compliance and advice on environmental management issues (EMAS, ISO 14001).
