The aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework contract for 4 years with 1 contractor. The framework contract will be implemented through specific contracts or order forms. Each time the framework contractor responds to a call under the framework contract, a specific contract or order form will have to be concluded between EFSA and the framework contractor. The specific contract or order form will set out the specific conditions for performing the individual assignment.
