L’installation d’une toiture verte , surface d'environ 202 m2, avec un tapis de végétation composé de sedum bio-diversifié « sedum & herbes ». La toiture verte sera instalée en 2 zones ( 96 m2 et 106 m2) sur une terrasse du bâtiment nommé CHAR situé Rue de la Loi 170, 1000 Bruxelles. Des interventions de maintenance après installation sont aussi inclues.
