Title	Pandemic preparedness mapping of public health laboratories for respiratory virus surveillance, prevention and control
Description	NP/2024/DPR/27081 The objective of this assignment is to map practices, strategies and new technologies that laboratories used during the COVID-19 pandemic, and understand how lessons from the pandemic can be used to improve laboratory preparedness for other respiratory infectious diseases, including influenza and RSV. The results of the mapping exercise will inform a technical meeting and a report analysing and summarising the current testing and diagnostic strategies and practices in the EU/EEA Member States. The comprehensive final report for the overall study will support ECDC in assessing the lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic from the laboratory perspective.
