Description	Service contract to support the implementation of the Marine Strategy Framework Directive (MSFD). The Directive requires Member States to set up strategies for their marine waters to reach the objectives set in the Directive itself, namely the achievement of ‘good environmental status’ by 2020. The services sought from this contract are intended to support this overarching goal through organising and managing events such as meetings, workshops and conferences; developing MSFD-relevant documentation, including technical documents; reporting and data management; knowledge-sharing and communication activities.
