Description	The objective of this service contract is to assist the European Commission in managing the European Green Capital Award (EGCA) and European Green Leaf (EGL) on a day-to-day basis. There are 4 main tasks to be performed by the contractor: develop and implement the communication strategy, provide daily secretariat support, implement and oversee winning city selection process and produce reports as well as assess key indicators.
