Title	Preparation of the EU seventh national communication and third biennial report under the UNFCCC.
Description	The project aims at providing support to the Commission in fulfilling the reporting obligations of the EU under UNFCCC of submitting its seventh national communication and third biennial report before 1.1.2018. The following key tasks are foreseen: — collect information, in line with the guidelines on national communications and biennial reports on EU activities and contributions, among others on: national circumstances, GHG emissions and projections, policies and measures, vulnerability assessment, financial resources and transfer of technology, research and systematic observation, and education, training and public awareness, — develop the respective reports in line with the requirements.
