Operation, maintenance and upgrade of the press room of the European Parliament in Brussels.
The press room of the European Parliament in Brussels is a work area with 237 specially equipped workstations for journalists. It came into service in 2004 and forms part of a suite of rooms where journalists work on level 0 in the PHS building. The suite consists of a work room with a reception desk, a briefing room, media consultation rooms for the journalists, operational areas and service areas. This contract contains 6 modules, all of which may be ordered (activated and deactivated) separately. The Parliament can decide to order a whole module or parts of it (please see specifications for details).
