Title	Services involving general security and external surveillance (field 1), fire safety and assistance to persons (field 2) on the institution's site in Luxembourg.
Description	In Luxembourg, the institution currently occupies an entire building complex with a total surface area of 200 000 m2, comprising 5 buildings open to the public and a warehouse. The reception desks at the entrance to the KAD Building are staffed by statutory personnel. In the spirit of openness to citizens, the institution welcomes approximately 10 000 visitors per year, in addition to its staff and external service providers. Following this procedure, the European Parliament wishes to sign a framework contract for services covering the following fields. Field 1: — general security involving surveillance, screening, — permanent and continuous external surveillance, both stationary and via pre-defined patrols, — operation of the general security control centre. Field 2: — fire safety for persons and property, pursuant to the regulations against the risks of fire and panic, — assistance to persons, — operation of the fire safety control centres.
