Provision of medical services and ergonomics to the European Environment Agency (EEA) and the European Commission, Representation in Denmark.
The purpose of this call for tenders is to establish framework contract(s) with (an) economic operator(s) who will provide medical services and/or ergonomics to the EEA and the European Commission, Representation in Denmark. This call is divided in 2 separate lots: lot 1 — medical services, lot 2 — ergonomics.

Lot number Title Description
Lot 1 Medical services The contractor shall, upon instruction of the contracting authorities and in accordance with the staff regulations, perform a medical examination of prospective new employees and make a medical assessment on their aptitude or non-aptitude for employment, as well as perform yearly medical check-ups. The contractor will have to create, maintain and update a medical file for each staff member where all outputs of medical examinations carried out would have to be archived. Furthermore, the contractor may be requested to provide the contracting authorities with advice on their compliance with health and safety requirements. The contractor may also be requested to propose, organise and carry out preventive and awareness-raising health campaigns on health and well-being at work.
Lot 2 Ergonomics The contracting authorities are committed to promoting staff well-being as well as a safe and healthy work environment for their staff. The contractor shall give a general information session to a larger group of staff of approximately 2 hours to be conducted once a year. The contractor shall present general health and safety recommendations and information on working conditions such as physical and ergonomic conditions and risks of accidents. The contractor shall also carry out individual sessions, which shall include going through a detailed checklist to conduct a risk assessment of the office workstation in accordance with the Danish working environment act.
