Description	The contract will cover communication activities to promote circular economy tools and activities. These activities build to a large extent on existing policies and instruments for sustainable consumption and production and aim to expand the impact of these instruments. The contract will aim to raise awareness, understanding and ownership by producers, consumers, policymakers or sectorial actors. This communication effort will focus on the implementation of the circular economy action plan and on the promotion of existing sustainable consumption and production (SCP) instruments.
