Description	The aim of the contract is to perform works to convert warehouses into a workspace on basement floor -2 of the AA1 Building (1 of the buildings of the EUIPO headquarters located at the Agua Amarga development site, Avenida de Europa, 4, Alicante), including all materials, labour and construction equipment, while adhering to occupational health and safety and waste management standards. All technical, administrative, organisational and inspection activities needed to guarantee the required quality of the works under the project are also included. Project management and health and safety coordination are not included in this invitation to tender.
