Title	External assistance services in relation to the implementation of certain aspects of the European Commission's middle management policies.
Description	The purpose of the framework contract is the delivery of external assistance services to support the Commission's middle management policies. The Commission intends to use the technical assistance from a company specialised in the assessment and development of managers. The contractor's main tasks will be: 1) assessment of candidates for middle management functions; 2) developing managerial skills of middle managers and of other Commission staff demonstrating potential for managerial functions; 3) provision of consultancy services in relation to performance management and development for middle managers in the Commission, including the design and delivery of multi-source feedback mechanisms.
