Description	The aim of this invitation to tender is to enter into a successive multiple framework contract, as of the 2018 financial year, with at most 2 service providers for the design, organisational management and running of the training programme relating to the 'certification procedure' on behalf of the European School of Administration (EUSA), representing the European Commission, contracting authority.
