Under this contract the aim is to conduct health checks and hygiene audits in buildings occupied, or to be occupied, under the responsibility of the Office for Infrastructure and Logistics — Luxembourg (OIL) in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. This contract comprises 4 lots: — lot 1: health quality inspection of foodstuffs, — lot 2: health quality inspection of water, — lot 3: inspection vis-à-vis the hygiene of the premises and the equipment (surfaces), the quality of the surrounding air in the catering services and the health quality of the sand, — lot 4: hygiene audits.

Verification that the hygiene plan has been implemented in the catering services, drafting of audit reports together with recommendations and action plans; monitoring of the action plans and observations from previous audits.
