Title	Managed print and ancillary services EMA/2016/70/ST.
Description	The EMA wishes to conclude a framework service contract for outsourcing for the provision of managed print and ancillary services. These should include but are not limited to: — managed print and ancillary services in the centralised reprographics area (CRD), — collections/delivery from/to loading bay and other porterage service, — management of document production — central reprographics, — provision and management of local MFDs, — supply and management of stationery and general printing supplies, — management of confidential waste, — provision and management of franking machine, — business continuity/disaster recovery support. An information visit will be held at the Agency's premises at 10:00 on 8.5.2017. Whilst this visit is not mandatory it is recommended. If you wish to attend the information visit, please provide details of the names of the company representatives (maximum of 2 people per tender) to ema.2016.70.st@ema.europa.eu by midday on 5.5.2017.
