Title	UCA 17/015 Services to maintain gardens, patios, containers and hydroculture plants in the different buildings occupied by the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union in Brussels.
Description	The aim is to maintain indoor hydroculture plants, provide services to maintain, brighten up and refresh outdoor gardens and patios for the buildings of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union and provide services to advise on garden architecture, landscaping and architecture for indoor plants. All-purpose maintenance for indoor plants covers maintenance and free replacement of plants when they die, and for green areas: maintenance work, supply of plants, uprooting work, garden plans, garden waste removal, cleaning and repair of ponds, services to advise on garden architecture, landscaping and architecture for indoor plants. The services shall be provided in General Secretariat of the European Union buildings in Brussels and its surrounding area.
