Description	The general objective of this contract is to provide support to the Commission in relation to the implementation and further development of the Natura 2000 Biogeographical process (see: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/nature/natura2000/seminars_en.htm), including in particular the organisation of steering committee meetings and Natura 2000 seminars, the implementation of a Biogeographical Natura 2000 networking programme, the compilation of scientific background information in relation to the process and the maintenance of the Web-based Natura 2000 communication platform (see: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/nature/natura2000/platform/index_en.htm).
