Title	Operation, maintenance, improvement and promotion of the Build Up interactive Web portal.
Description	EASME wishes to enter into a service contract the purpose of which is to operate, maintain, improve and increase the effective use of the Build Up Web portal amongst its target groups, using the existing Build Up services as a starting point. This tender also aims to ensure Build Up supports other relevant European Commission initiatives related to energy solutions in buildings and urban areas and/or the construction sector in a broader sense. In particular, the contract aims to continue the support for the Build Up skills initiative, which is currently provided under EASME's service contract awarded through the call EASME/H2020/EE/2015/008.
