These property advisory services consist mainly of: — ‘as is’ analysis and needs assessment, — market study and appraisals of alternative options in order to support ESMA in prospecting the market, — strategic report with cost benefit analysis, recommendations, selection and comparison of the best available offers in the Paris market, — commercial, financial and legal assistance in negotiations.
