Description	The instrumentation required is a portable dual laser Raman spectrometer. The instrument shall be portable and field deployable for rapid checking of the identity of samples. In order to address the needs for the identification of illicit substances in imported goods, such as new psychoactive substances (NPS) and drug precursors we need to purchase a high-quality portable Raman spectrometer equipped with a 2 laser system for superior quality spectra with suppression of fluorescence background.
