Description	The goal of this call for tenders is to study, benchmark, diffuse initiatives (private or public)/policies on the global, European/national level with a view to promoting successful approaches to social economy and social enterprises in order to: — reinforce their e-skills and the uptake of new technologies in their entrepreneurial strategy, — discuss opportunities and challenges they face in that field, — diffuse best practices targeting both private and public stakeholders. The services to be provided are further detailed in the tender specifications in Section 1.4.
