EASME is launching this call for tenders divided in 2 lots: — Lot 1 “Set up and elaboration of an Assistance Mechanism for the Atlantic sea basin” and, — Lot 2 “Set up and elaboration of an Assistance Mechanism for the Western Mediterranean sea basin”. For Lot 1 the aim is to set-up of the Atlantic Assistance mechanism with the specific objective of providing support to public and private organisations and their members, research institutions and universities, institutional and private investors, as well as promoters and other stakeholders wishing to be involved in the development of the strategic initiatives in the Atlantic sea basin. For Lot 2 the aim is to provide support to public and private organisations and their members, research institutions and universities, institutional and private investors, as well as promoters and other stakeholders wishing to be involved in the development of the strategic initiatives in the Western Mediterranean sub-sea basin.

Lot 1 “Set up and elaboration of an Assistance Mechanism for the Atlantic sea basin"
This invitation to tender will result in concluding a service contract for the set-up of the Atlantic Assistance mechanism with the objective of providing support to public and private organisations and their members, research institutions and universities, institutional and private investors, as well as promoters and other stakeholders wishing to be involved in the development of the strategic initiatives in the Atlantic sea basin. The Atlantic Assistance Mechanism will support the effective implementation of the Atlantic Action Plan (including its possible evolution), will take the necessary actions to stimulate initiatives in the Atlantic sea basin and will report to and inform the governance body of the Atlantic Strategy, i.e. the Atlantic Strategy Group, on the progress in the implementation of the action.

Lot 2 “Set up and elaboration of an Assistance Mechanism for the West Mediterrean sub-sea basin”
This invitation to tender will result in concluding a service contract for the assistance mechanism for the western Mediterranean sub-sea basin, with the objective of providing support to public and private organisations and their members, research institutions and universities, institutional and private investors, as well as promoters and other stakeholders wishing to be involved in the development of the strategic initiatives in the western Mediterranean sub-sea basin. The assistance mechanism will support the effective implementation of the framework for action as well as the work carried out by the WestMED Steering Committee (WMSC).
