Title	Study on the design and development of initiatives to support the growth of e-commerce via better functioning parcel delivery systems in Europe.
Description	The subject of the study is to provide analysis, guidelines and recommendations on how to design and further develop initiatives that have emerged from the replies to the public consultation of the green paper on cross-border parcel delivery, in terms of efficient and practical application in the EU delivery and e-commerce market context. In addition, the contractor shall select a group of 4 EU countries, which are representative of EU's e-commerce driven delivery markets in order to present an analysis of how the initiatives could be adapted to specific countries. Finally, the contractor must provide sound and practical recommendations regarding the possibility to roll-out these initiatives across different EU countries.
