Title	International Intellectual Property SME helpdesks
Description	This is a call for tenders in a form of an open procedure to conclude 3 service contracts. Each service contract will comprise the operation of the international Intellectual Property (IP) Helpdesks with respect to a specific geographical area, namely: Lot 1: China IPR Helpdesk. Lot 2: South-east Asia IPR Helpdesk. Lot 3: Latin America IPR Helpdesk. The general objective of the international IP Helpdesks is to contribute to the internationalisation of EU SMEs by providing them with expert advice on how to protect and enforce their IP in or relating to China, South-east Asia, and Latin America. The services of the international IP Helpdesks shall aim at improving the awareness, management and protection of IP assets by EU SMEs that operate or intend to operate in the markets covered by each service contract. Tasks to be carried out by the contractor are further detailed in the tender specifications in Section 1.

Lot 2	South-east Asia IPR Helpdesk	This is a call for tenders in a form of an open procedure to conclude 3 service contracts. Each service contract will comprise the operation of the international Intellectual Property (IP) Helpdesks with respect to a specific geographical area, namely: Lot 1: China IPR Helpdesk. Lot 2: South-east Asia IPR Helpdesk. Lot 3: Latin America IPR Helpdesk. The general objective of Lot 2 — South-east Asia IPR Helpdesk is to contribute to the internationalisation of EU SMEs by providing them with expert advice on how to protect and enforce their IP in or relating to South east-Asia. The services of the South East-Asia IPR Helpdesk shall aim at improving the awareness, management and protection of IP assets by EU SMEs that operate or intend to operate in Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Tasks to be carried out by the contractor are further detailed in the tender specifications in Section 1.
Lot 3	Latin America IP Helpdesk	This is a call for tenders in a form of an open procedure to conclude 3 service contracts. Each service contract will comprise the operation of the international Intellectual Property (IP) Helpdesks with respect to a specific geographical area, namely: Lot 1: China IPR Helpdesk. Lot 2: South-east Asia IPR Helpdesk. Lot 3: Latin America IPR Helpdesk. The general objective of Lot 3 — Latin America IPR Helpdesk is to contribute to the internationalisation of EU SMEs by providing them with expert advice on how to protect and enforce their IP in or relating to Latin America. The services of the Latin America IPR Helpdesk shall aim at improving the awareness, management and protection of IP assets by EU SMEs that operate or intend to operate in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela. Tasks to be carried out by the contractor are further detailed in the tender specifications in Section 1.
