Title	Training services in the field of car driving for the executives drivers of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union.
Description	The purpose of the contract is to provide a set of training courses for the driver service of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union (SGC). To provide an ‘executive driver’ type service, and to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers in a changing environment, regular training should be provided. The contract will not be divided into lots. Training will be divided into 6 modules: — module 1: executive driver training, — module 2: training for driving in procession and security for ‘VIP’s, — module 3: evaluation in order to refresh the knowledge gained in module 1, — module 4: refreshing of knowledge gained in module 1, — module 5: refreshing of knowledge gained in module 2, — module 6: ‘tailor-made’ individual coaching. This invitation to tender will give rise to the signing of a framework contract for a maximum duration of 4 years.
