Title	UCA 17/071 - Media monitoring, media analysis and related services
Description	The aim of this framework contract is to complement the output of the General Secretariat Council's (GSC) media monitoring team and assist in its pursuit of supporting decision-making by delivering relevant news and media monitoring, media analysis and other related services to its users and stakeholders in a timely manner and in a suitable format. This will require a close collaboration between the Contractor and the GSC whereby the Contractor tailors and continuously adapts its work to the specific and evolving needs of the GSC.
