Title	Framework Service Contract for the provision of IT services for the IT Applications of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) related to the REACH Regulation
Description	The call for tenders aims at establishing a framework service contract for the following IT services: consultancy and management services, software development and maintenance, application and ADSM management services, service desk activities and software internationalization services. The applications in scope include ECHA Cloud services, REACH-IT, IUCLID, CHESAR, Exposure tools and Odyssey. The scope of the FWC will also allow for the creation of new, as of yet non-existing software systems or adaptation to new delivery models (e.g. cloudification) related to the IT solutions, services and technologies in the scope of this Framework Contract.
