Description	The procurement aims to contract the services of preliminary design, assistance in the call for tender for the design and construction of the retrofit of the Ispra site tri-generation plant and the related works supervision. The Ispra site cogeneration plant (ISCP) was built during the years 2000-2003 and put into operation in September 2004. Before the ISCP construction, the JRC Ispra Site satisfied its electrical power needs through direct purchasing from an external power supplier.
