Description	The purpose of this Service Contract is to assist the COM in its task to continue the implementation of the Decision on enhanced co-operation between Public Employment Services (PES) and other related activities to foster cooperation between PES, thereby improving the quality and quantity of PES services on the ground throughout the Union, in line with the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy. The main subject of this contract is the continuous implementation of the Benchlearning initiative.
