Title	Management of the administrative secretariat of the 'coordination groups of the notified bodies' in the framework of the European Union's New Approach Directives.
Description	It covers the work involved in organising and holding the meetings of the coordination groups for notified bodies, in other words in performing the role of administrative secretariat. The work includes the logistics of the meetings, administrative assistance to the group members and reimbursement of the chairpersons' travel and subsistence expenses. Those benefiting from these services are, in general, the participants, but also the chairpersons, the technical secretaries and the European Commission officials responsible for the groups. The logistics involve in particular: hiring meeting rooms, catering, interpreting, document translation, and management of the website for communicating and distributing information (CIRCA). The administrative support comprises: administrative assistance for the participants, including hotel reservations, welcoming, reimbursement of the chairpersons' travel and subsistence expenses, etc.
