Preparatory support for the Statistical Evaluation of the Comparative Analysis of GM Plant Field Trials, and for the Evaluation of Toxicity Studies supporting the GM food/feed Safety Assessment.
The aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude a Framework contract for 4 years. The Framework contract will be implemented through specific contracts or order forms. The specific contract or order form will set out the specific conditions for performing the individual assignment. Specific objectives: This tender is divided into the following 2 lots: — Lot 1 – Preparatory support for the statistical evaluation of the comparative analysis of GM plant field trials, — Lot 2 – Preparatory support for the evaluation of toxicity studies supporting the GM food/feed safety assessment.

The purpose for Lot 1 is to provide statistical support to the EFSA GMO Panel with respect to the analysis of the data collected in the field trials for the compositional, agronomic and phenotypic characterisation of GM plants.
Lot 2
Preparatory support for the evaluation of toxicity studies supporting the GM food/feed safety assessment
The purpose of Lot 2 is to provide support to the EFSA GMO Panel by checking the adherence of toxicity studies submitted in the context of an application, to regulatory frameworks and methodological standards
