Crowdsourcing: Engaging communities effectively in food and feed risk assessment (Exploring the collaborative model)
The aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude a direct contract for the execution of specific tasks over a clearly defined period as defined in these tender specifications.The overall objective of the contract resulting from the present procurement procedure is to assess the feasibility of applying citizen science in monitoring wild animals at European scale, and to provide insight on potential limitations, advantages and added values, and best practices fostering data quality and participation. Under the present procurement EFSA wants to pilot citizen science in the area of wild boar monitoring across Europe.
