Title	UCA 18/001 - Specialised cleaning services: decontamination and depollution of computer rooms and equipment of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union
Description	This open invitation to tender refers to the provision of specific cleaning and maintenance services for the computer equipment installed in the data centres and in the computer and telecommunications rooms in the buildings of the General Secretariat of the Council of the EU. The contracting authority is addressing companies specialised in the depollution and decontamination of computer premises and equipment (servers, etc.) using equipment specifically developed for this type of service. The required services must be provided so that the results referred to in ISO-14644-1 (Class 8) are achieved. The cleaning of the various computer rooms must be carried out twice a year. The total approximate surface area is 1 000 m2. The buildings concerned are located in Brussels (European Quarter) and one data centre is located in the Brussels region. A mandatory visit of the premises will be organised.
