Title	Support to the Evaluation of the EU Biodiversity Strategy to 2020, and Follow-up
Description	This contract will support the Commission in the evaluation of the EU biodiversity strategy to 2020, through elaborating an evaluation methodology, carrying out stakeholder consultations, evidence collection, review and analysis, and drafting an evaluation study report. The contract will further develop business-as-usual scenarios for biodiversity to 2030 and 2050, and will support the Commission in the definition and impact assessment of post-2020 EU biodiversity policy options; broad stakeholder consultations and the production of an Impact Assessment report with recommendations and an intervention logic.
