Title	Selection of a competent doctor for the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)
Description	EFSA provides a health service at workplace to its staff members through an internal medical service. EFSA must comply with the requirements laid down in the Staff Regulations of officials of the European Union and in the conditions of employment of other servants of the European Union about the health of personnel: Article 13 of conditions of employment of other servants of the European Union establishes that, before being recruited, a temporary agent must undergo a medical examination by a medical officer of the institution to ascertain whether they meet the conditions required by Article 12, paragraph 2, letter d). The same applies to contractual agents in reference to Article 83 of the conditions of employment of other servants of the European Union. The purpose of this tender procedure is to conclude a framework contract for a maximum duration of four years with a contractor to provide services. The services will be provided by a competent doctor and a nurse.
