EFSA Framework for Problem Formulation
Description
The subject matter of the contract is to support EFSA to develop a standardised approach for problem formulation as first step of the food and feed safety scientific assessment process. Problem formulation is preliminary to the development of the plan of the assessment (protocol) and as such, strictly related to it. Therefore, the procurement also aims at supporting EFSA in the set-up of a harmonised approach for planning upfront in a protocol the approaches to address evidence synthesis when planning an EFSA scientific assessment.
