Description	The overall objective of this call for tenders and the resulting framework contract is to establish a long-term contractual relationship with a system integrator with in view of the design and deployment of Communication and Information Systems (CIS) capable of and officially accredited by an external Security Accreditation Authority (SAA) for the storage, processing and electronic exchange of EU Classified Information (EUCI) within EDA, between EDA and EU Institutions, between EDA and government bodies in the EU Member States (MS) and between EDA and selected commercial companies involved in projects which require EUCI processing.
