Lot number Title Description
Lot 1
Electrically Cooled HPGe-Detectors with Optimal Resolution in a Broad Energy Window
Up to 10 portable HPGe-detectors will be purchased in the framework of this lot within the next 4 years. The HPGe-detectors will be used to acquire high resolution gamma spectra of a variety of nuclear materials at different types of nuclear installations. For this purpose it is essential, that the device can be easily transported, cooled electrically before arrival and remains operational for the whole period of the inspection. In case the device has no integrated electronics for supplying the bias high voltage, signal amplification and multi-channel analysis, the equipment must be compatible with already existing equipment.
Lot 2
Portable UF6 Cylinder Verification Systems
Up to 10 UF6 cylinder verification systems will be purchased in the framework of this contract. The UF6 cylinder verification system will be used to acquire gamma spectra onsite and to provide an estimation of the measured uranium enrichment. For this purpose it is essential, that the device can be easily carried (having a limited weight) and remains operational for the whole period of the inspection.
