Lot 1 addresses mainly supply side interventions, including guidance, validation, assessments/referrals and basic skills training.
Lot 2
Financial and Non-financial Incentives to Encourage Provision of and Participation in Education and Training
Lot 2 addresses mainly demand side measures, including financial incentives (such as grants, tax incentives, levy/grant mechanisms) and non-financial incentives (such as information/advice on funding opportunities, technical support in developing training) to stimulate training in enterprises. It will also cover financial instruments targeted at individuals to encourage them to participate in education and training.
