Title	Service Framework Contract for the Provision of Cloud Intelligence for Decision Making Support and Analysis (CLAUDIA)
Description	The main objective of the project is the development, under EDA’s and pMS’ guidance, of a dedicated modular software analysis platform, hereafter referred as SWAN platform, to research on the possibilities of supporting the analysis and assessment of military scenarios, specifically focused to those related to hybrid warfare, through an extensive analysis and processing of the different data involved. The aim is to improve the knowledge in order to better support the needs of commanders in terms of analysis, decision making and planning.The SWAN platform shall be able to collect, process and analyse data from heterogeneous information sources in order to provide Situational Awareness that will be exercised in hybrid warfare conflicts. It shall be able to provide a comprehensive Common Operational Picture (COP) in order to support planning, decision-making processes and coordination on EU (EUMS, EUBG...) and Member State (MS) level.
