Description	The contract is divided into 2 lots.* Lot 1 involves the provision of services relating to:— item I: supply and implementation of a computer-aided maintenance management system, preventive maintenance and repair of escalators, lifts, service lifts, document lifts, dumb waiters, disabled persons carriers,— item II: supply and implementation of a computer-aided maintenance management system, preventive maintenance and repair of automatic doors, turnstiles, motorised garage doors and electric barriers,— item III: any related services.These services cover installations in buildings occupied or to be occupied by the following institutions in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg:— the European Commission — items I, II and III,— the European Parliament — items I and III,— the European Court of Auditors — items I, II and III.* Lot 2 involves the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services and related works and services, with an obligation to achieve results, for various types of lifting equipment in the buildings managed by the European Commission in Brussels and the surrounding area.The services are distributed as follows:— general maintenance works:item I: simple rent guarantee;item II: all-purpose guarantee extension;item III: guarantee of preservation,— specific works.
