Title	Waterproofing repair work for the roof of the Euroforum building
Description	The roof of the Euroforum building requires general repair work on its waterproofing. Several leaks have occurred in recent years, and ad hoc repairs have been carried out (cf. Ares (2019)2856310). An emphyteutic lease contract is in force, and the Commission intends to become the owner of the building. In this context, an investment to permanently solve the problem related to leakage is necessary, and will contribute to the valuation of the asset. In addition, all operational risks (untimely cuts of power or computer room air conditioning) related to the activities carried out in this building will be greatly reduced.
