Multiple framework contract for the production of regulatory and economic analysis concerning the interactions between industrial, environmental, human health, climate change, raw materials, energy, transport, ecodesign, employment, taxation, trade and investment, research and innovation, public procurement, the internal market of services and sustainable product policies, and on the consequences of these on the competitiveness of European enterprises and industry sectors, including construction, and on consumers' welfare and employment.

Lot 1
Competitiveness, environment, climate change, energy and transport
A main objective of the studies to be launched in lot 1 is to contribute to the evaluation of the cost-effectiveness of any new measures and initiatives in the fields of energy, climate, environment, human health and transport policies, and, in particular, their contribution to enhance the competitiveness of the European industry sectors or enterprises, including both large companies and SMEs.
Lot 2
Sustainable product policy, ecodesign and beyond
The main objective of the studies to be launched under lot 2 of this framework contract is to contribute to the technical, economic and environmental analysis that is needed to inform and help policymakers in the decision-making process, in reviewing and implementing the tasks required under the Ecodesign Directive.
Lot 3
Competitiveness, eco-innovation and value chain sustainability
A main objective of the studies to be launched in lot 3 is to contribute to the evaluation of the cost-effectiveness of any new measures and initiatives in the field of value chain sustainability, eco-industries and pollution prevention and control, and, in particular, their contribution to enhance the competitiveness of the European industry sectors or enterprises, including both large companies and SMEs, in the global market.
Lot 4
Construction Products Regulation (CPR)
The main objective of the studies to be launched under lot 4 of this framework contract is to contribute to the technical, economic, social, environmental and regulatory analysis needed to inform and help policymakers in the decision-making process, in reviewing and implementing the tasks required under the CPR.
Lot 5
Construction action plan
The main objective of the service to be provided under lot 5 of this framework contract is to develop analytical evidence on market and policy developments related to sustainable construction, to raise capacity building at Member States level for the implementation of the 'Construction 2020' action plan and to assess the impact of measures recommended in the context of the action plan on construction business development, job creation and sustainability.
