Description	The contractor will provide the contracting authority with a wide variety of quality promotional materials. The contracting authority organizes many public events throughout the year as part of its public diplomacy outreach. Some are smaller events such as conferences and seminars with 50 or 100 people while others are larger events such as an annual EU Open House with approximately 30 000 visitors. For this reason, the contracting authority needs to purchase promotional products on a regular basis.
