Lot 1	CTI Infrastructure — Design and Deployment	ENISA is aiming for designing and developing a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) digital platform and threat database (infrastructure). The final product of such implementation is an IT-environment that will support the collection, collation, analysis and dissemination of CTI collected from a manageable list of publicly available sources. Such a platform, in its final state after properly delivered and accepted, in broader terms should collect information from several information feeds, open and publicly available, and by eliminating duplicated data, provide a single-pane of glass platform, where information can be transformed into knowledge, either on aggregated or in-depth perspectives. Such a platform shall enable daily CTI analysis and creation, advanced visualisation, customised dashboards creation, but overall, support and relevantly enhance ENISA’s business use cases.
Lot 2	Design of CTI objects	ENISA seeks external support to identify the design requirements for the display of various CTI objects during creation and dissemination. More specifically, during the CTI analysis, various objects will be created. These objects capture the context of CTI information adhering to various needs dictated by the end-product (report). Based on these requirements, the contractor will propose graphical structures/objects aiming at presenting the created CTI content for various stakeholder/recipient groups of this information. These objects will contain both picture and text elements that will be used to communicate the created CTI content. Such (graphical) presentation objects will be tailored to the various needs of ENISA groups creating CTI, such as the ENISA Threat Landscape. Other use-cases are: sectoral CTI, situational awareness based on incidents, aggregated views of CTI, etc.
Lot 3	Delivery of Subscription Services Related to the Operational Cooperation of ENISA	ENISA is looking to select a suitable contractor for the provision of subscribed services from suitable vendors in order to enhance its Operational capabilities across two dimensions:(a) the improvement of services provided by its Open Cyber Situational Awareness Machine (OpenCSAM) tool with the enrichment of enterprise level information feeds from Twitter and SHODAN;(b) the improvement of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) capabilities with the provision of enterprise level CTI services from relevant providers in this field, with emphasis on Strategic and Operational CTI; best suited for the tasks of ENISA resulting from its mandate and the CTI processes performed internally.
