Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers	The candidate must be registered in the commercial register with the corresponding corporate purpose (leasing) and hold all authorisations and licences with financial institutions or branches of financial institutions in Belgium, when required.

Technical and professional ability - List and brief description of selection criteria	The candidate must:— have experience on the Belgian market or have contractual links with partners in Belgium, enabling it to ensure satisfactory performance of the contract, by offering to lease cars approved in the EU of the customer's choice, whatever the make of manufacture (all makes operational leasing company);— currently lease a fleet of at least 1 000 vehicles (throughout the European Economic Area), including at least two fleet contracts of at least 100 cars under operational leasing;— provide 24-hour assistance directly or through an assistance partner in EU countries;— provide customers with an IT tool for fleet management, monitoring and reporting.
