Description	The Agency considers that it will require catering consultancy services to provide the Agency with expert advice regarding the ongoing qualitative and financial management of the catering contract. The catering consultant will be required to assist with the quarterly audit of the catering contract to ensure that the contractor is complying with the deliverables. The catering consultant may also be involved in ad hoc catering consultancy projects whenever his or her expertise or an independent assessment is required, such as assisting with preparation of tender documents for the provision of catering services and cashless payment system tenders as well as assisting with the subsequent evaluation of submitted tenders as technical sub-committee only and advise on the implementation of these contracts.
