Title	EUROMOD web interface parameters update
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The Fiscal Policy Analysis Unit of the Joint Research Centre has since 2014 been developing a user-friendly EUROMOD web interface. It allows users (within the European Commission as well as external collaborators) to model simple tax reforms on the personal income tax and social insurance contributions systems of the EU Member States by modifying a selected range of parameters of the tax systems. The aim of this framework contract is to populate selected parameters that users will be able to modify in the personal income tax systems offered in the EUROMOD-JRC Interface for the next 4 years. The updating tasks will include the personal income tax schedule and the tax expenditures. All the updates must be done each year conjunction with the EUROMOD releases in August and December.
